Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CheetahScribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that practice.

Description of Service

CheetahScribe provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools, including ambient voice capture, chart-note and referral-report generation, perio charting, and integrations with practice management systems. AI-generated content is a draft aid and must be reviewed and approved by a licensed provider before entry into the patient record.

Provider Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all documentation generated with CheetahScribe, for obtaining patient consent before recording, and for complying with all applicable laws and professional standards, including HIPAA and state dental board requirements.

Accounts & Access

Access is granted through invitations issued by your practice administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. PINs and station credentials must not be shared.

Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are based on a practice base fee plus a monthly rate per active provider. Fees, trial periods, and billing terms are confirmed at signup. We may adjust fees with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to another practice, reverse engineer the application, or use the service in a way that violates law or these terms.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, for non-payment, or to protect the security or integrity of the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors; providers must exercise independent clinical judgment.
